keto pumpkin muffins with coconut flour

There is nothing easier than ruining a keto diet, or ketosis, by snacking on the wrong things or thinking “this one bag od chips won’t kill anyone”, and yeah, technically it won’t kill you, but it will definitely kill your hard work and effort.

So stay away from pre-packaged snack items (unless it specifically states that it’s a keto friendly snack because even low carb snacks still have carbs and it’s better to be safe than sorry) and these snacks are relatively easy to make and can be stored to have at a later time.
