There is nothing easier than ruining a keto diet, or ketosis, by snacking on the wrong things or thinking “this one bag od chips won’t kill anyone”, and yeah, technically it won’t kill you, but it will definitely kill your hard work and effort.
So stay away from pre-packaged snack items (unless it specifically states that it’s a keto friendly snack because even low carb snacks still have carbs and it’s better to be safe than sorry) and these snacks are relatively easy to make and can be stored to have at a later time.

Ingredients:
¼ cup sunflower seed butter
¾ cup pumpkin puree
2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
¼ cup coconut flour
½ cup erythritol
½ teaspoon nutmeg, ground
1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 egg
½ teaspoon baking powder
A pinch of salt
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix butter with pumpkin puree and egg and blendwell.
Add flaxseed meal, coconut flour, erythritol, baking soda,baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon and a pinch of salt and stirwell.
Spoon this into a greased muffin pan, introduce in the oven at 350 degrees F and bake for 15 minutes.
Leave muffins to cool down and serve them as a snack.
